Whittard of Chelsea are high street and online leaders in luxury hot beverages. Working in the E-Commerce team I was responsible for all aspects of the digital assets and visual content creation online across the brand.
On a daily basis I produced the digital assets for market website campaigns with promotions and offers. My job was to visually tell the campaign story and link up the journey by the creation of digital assets signposting the user experience from touch points. To do this I created email marketing (full assets to cut up assets), banners, PLP advertisements on product pages, homepage banners, PDP banners and affiliate advertising.
I also designed a series of new web page templates in Adobe XD for blog stories and to present new seasonal campaign pages to stakeholders. I also researched best practice analysis across competitor online solutions to provide data and direction for the team.
